(Original Caption) 9/25/1986-Miami Beach, FL-Some of the 37 Dominican refugees taken from a sailboat off the Florida Keys show their exhastion as they wait on the deck of the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Seahawk to be interviewed by immigration officials. On a tip from a boater, 42 refugees were discovered on a 30-foot sailboat, but five escaped.
